    Our wheat is grown in the beautiful Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, once it is harvested we store it in a grain bin and have it milled as needed so the flour is always fresh!

    This 50 pound bag contains approximately 200 cups of flour and is perfect for the frequent baker looking to save by buying in bulk.

    In order to make sure our flour is always at its freshest we do not keep 50lb bags on hand, so if you would like one we will add you to our milling list once it is paid for and will contact you once the order is ready. Please allow 1-2 weeks turn around time.

    It can be used for breads, pie crusts, muffins, cakes, cupcakes, and anything else you can dream up, its a very versatile flour and has a lovely flavor.

    How Long Will You Keep Your Citric Acid

    Citric Acid has a long shelf life, potentially 5 years or longer when stored in ideal storage conditions . However, it can start to clump up only after a few months due to its hygroscopic nature which causes individual grains to stick to each other. This does reduce the efficacy, but may make the Citric Acid harder to work with, these clumps can normally be easily squashed back into grains.
