This is more like it.Take crunchy chocolate cookies.Crumble, crunch them up, a little chunky, not completely powdered.Mix together with some Magic Shell hardening type of chocolate ice cream topping. Layer into ice cream.This would work best for frozen items.I worked at a baskin robbins in NJ and people would ask for that carvel cookie crunch all the time for cakes. This is what we figured out to be very similar. The chocolate coats, but then hardens when it contacts the ice cream sealing the cookies from the moisture of the ice cream.Try it!
