This recall involves Macy’s Martha Stewart Collection® Whiteware cake knife and server set. The set includes a knife and a cake server. Each is about 11 inches long.

Both the knife and cake server have a white, textured ceramic handle. “Martha Stewart Collection” is embossed on the metal where the blades meet the handles.

UPC 608356963330 and Product ID PRCDCKSRVR are printed on the product packaging.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cake knife and server sets and contact Macy’s for a full refund.

Consumers who purchased the product from a Macy’s store should return the product to a Macy’s store for a refund of the purchase price.

Consumers who purchased the product from www.macys.com should return the product to macys.com or a Macy’s store for a refund of the purchase price.

The recalled products were sold from January 2014 through July 2017.

Cost Plus World Market is recalling 2,600 outdoor wooden dining chairs due to a fall hazard.

According to the CPSC, the seat base can separate from the chair back, which could the chair to collapse.

The recall involves Girona model chairs, which were sold from January 2017 through August 2017 for about $180.

Look for the SKU and UPC tag attached to the underside of the chair seat.

The recall covers the Radian R100, Radian R120, Radian RXT, Olympia, Pacifica, and Rainier convertible and booster seats. They were made from January of 2014 to September of this year by Diono, which used to be called Sunshine Kids Juvenile.

PITTSBURGH — Cake knife and server sets sold at Macy’s are being recalled after reports of injuries.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission says that the handles on the Martha Stewart Collection Whiteware cake knife and server can break, posing a laceration hazard.

At least four reports of the handles breaking and causing cuts have been reported to Macy’s. In at least one case, the person injured needed stitches.

The sets were sold nationwide and online between January 2014 and July of this year.

Anyone who purchased this set should contact Macy’s for a full refund.

Macys has received 4 reports of handles on the knife and server sets breaking. The broken knives have resulted in lacerations, including deep cuts that required stitches.
