Managers have a bad attitude. We tried returning an item and I was at work and my wife had the receipt. They told my wife she wasn’t a member and couldn’t help her. Any other place in the United States would have done the exchange. But these managers need some customer relation training or something. In all honesty I hate coming to this Sam’s club. Can’t wait for them to bring Costco to the area.
