I guarantee you have most of these ingredients already in your fridge and pantry. If you dont have a Nothing Bundt Cakes nearby the next best thing is to make your own. It tastes just like the real thing plus you can steal a taste of the batter and eat as much frosting as you want. I wont tell.
Let The Copycat Nothing Bundt Cake Rest And Cool
The waiting is always the hardest part, and we have quite a bit of waiting left to do once the cake is finished baking. If we were to ice it right away, the frosting would melt and create a messy, sticky situation!

How To Prevent Your Bundt Cakes From Sticking
Ive had so much trouble with this intricate bundt cake pan, especially with really moist and sweet cakes. But through some trial and error, Ive found a few solutions that give me the perfect release every time.
Option 1: Right before youre about to pour the batter into the pan, prep it with a nonstick oil and flour spray. My favorite is Bakers Joy. But the key here is to spray in short strokes, careful not to let the oil pool in the bottom of the pan. Once you have a light coating, use a fine pastry brush to brush the oil all around the pan, getting every nook and cranny. Then pour in the batter and bake.
When its fresh from the oven, set a timer for 10 minutes. This time is the sweet spot because it allows the cake to cool just enough to where it wont fall apart, but its also when the sugars are still fluid and liquid. If you let the cake cool too long, those sugars will harden and your cake will stick to the pan. But after those 10 minutes, the cake should pop right out.
Option 2: Again, prep the pan right before you pour in the batter. But this time, generously grease the pan with oat and then coat it in granulated sugar. The sugar acts as a barrier between the cake and the pan, and it also adds a sweet little crunch to the outside of the cake.
Once baked, let your cake cool for that 10 minute sweet spot. The key is to turn it out while its still a little warm. Otherwise, if you let it cool completely, the sugar will harden and then your cake is really stuck.
Properly Greasing The Bundt Pan Will Make Or Break The Recipe

- Shortening. Spread a very thin layer of shortening all over the pan. I use a ziplock sandwich bag, stick my hand inside of it, and use my hand to smooth the shortening all over every bump and crevice in the pan. This way I can make sure the entire pan is covered evenly, in a thin layer, and my hands stay clean.
- Dust with flour. Take a little pinch of flour and dust it over the pan. then hold the pan over the sink and tap it hard, moving it in a circular motion so that the flour lightly covers the pan. Now youre ready to add the cake batter!
If you do happen to have any parts of the cake stick to the pan, you could gently scoop them up and into the position they would have rested on the top of the cake. The chocolate ganache will cover any imperfections and no one will know!
