As soon as I removed the lid I was hit with a sweet cream cheese frosting smell. Great start.
Unfortunately there were some disappointments here. There are several elements to this treat and they don’t all work well.
The ice cream is a combination of caramel colored carrot cake ice cream combined with a sweet cream cheese frosting ice cream and chunks of carrot cake mixed in.
