Took a chance on a local bakery for my daughters birthday and I am so glad I did! Sharon loves carrot cake and cheesecake, so I called and asked the young lady if they could make a carrot cheesecake there was no questions like at Publix, no disappointment like at Winn-Dixie, just a simple yes, when did you need it? Well we had the cake for her party tonight and this cake was perfection! With the exception of oh my god or who made this? it was almost silent as the cake was devoured by our guests!
