How To Make Sprinkle Birthday Cake Muffins
To make these yummy birthday cake muffins, start by combining all of your dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
In a smaller bowl, combine your wet ingredients including milk, greek yogurt, vanilla, eggs, lemon juice, and oil. Add your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients and mix until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
Next is the fun part its time to stir in your sprinkles! To get the best results you want to get these gorgeous rainbow sprinkles. Mix with a spoon or spatula until the batter has an even amount of sprinkles throughout.
Once your batter is mixed, scoop the batter into a greased muffin pan using a medium cookie scoop. Fill each tin 2/3 full and top with extra sprinkles to make them look super pretty.
Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes until the sides are a light golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool on a cooling rack for 5 minutes before serving.

We have been long time consumers of these bite sized snacks. I buy at least 2 boxes a week and they are gone quickly. Definitely a family favorite and for good reasons. They have the yummy taste that kids love, no high fructose corn syrup, trans fat and they are made of real ingredients including strawberries, blueberries and bananas. I love that they are easy to take on the go and that they are available everywhere and have 10 different varieties and only 200 calories per serving.
