If theres one thing to say about the new bundt cake bakery, Nothing Bundt Cakes, it is that its nothing bundt delicious! This cute and unique franchise just recently opened a new location in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. They have over 400 bakeries across the U.S., and the crowds dont lie! Best known for their moist, flavorful, and charming bundt cakes and atmosphere, Nothing Bundt Cakes is taking the communitys hearts and stomachs by storm.
When I walked into Nothing Bundt cakes, I was immediately greeted by the smell of baked goods, and their cheery yellow walls. The decorations inside perfectly matched the aesthetic of their bundt cakes. Nothing Bundt Cakes started 25 years ago by two women that lived in Las Vegas. One had a cake recipe, one had a frosting recipe and now they have over 400 stores, one of the Cherry Hill locations managers, Jessica Boese said.Because Nothing Bundt Cakes is a chain, the yellow painted walls are required in each store, but owners let their creativity shine throughout the rest of the store since they can decorate however they want. 1. Initial Franchise Fee: $35,000
- You must pay Nothing Bundt Cakes an initial franchise fee of $35,000 when you sign a Franchise Agreement . The Franchise Fee is payable in full and deemed fully earned and non-refundable upon payment.
- Except as provided in this Item, the Franchise Fee is uniform to all franchisees in the System.
- Nothing Bundt Cakes does not offer financing for the Franchise Fee.
2. Additional Locations for Existing Franchisees: $30,000
- If you are an existing franchise owner and wish to acquire a franchise for another territory, and if you are qualified to purchase an additional franchise, Nothing Bundt Cakes will reduce the initial franchise fee to $30,000, which is payable in full upon executing an additional franchise agreement and deemed fully earned and nonrefundable upon payment.
3. Area Development Fee: $35,000 for your first Bakery, plus $30,000 for each additional Bakery developed under the Area Development Agreement
- In addition to Nothing Bundt Cakes single unit offering, it grants qualified individuals the right to own and operate multiple Bakeries in a designated territory through an Area Development Agreement.
- The area development fee is $35,000 for your first Bakery, plus $30,000 for each additional Bakery developed under the Area Development Agreement.
- Nothing Bundt Cakes will not charge an initial franchise fee for Bakeries developed under the Area Development Agreement.
4. Initial Purchases: $16,034
- Due Date: Must be spent monthly.

Let The Copycat Nothing Bundt Cake Rest And Cool
The waiting is always the hardest part, and we have quite a bit of waiting left to do once the cake is finished baking. If we were to ice it right away, the frosting would melt and create a messy, sticky situation!
First, you want to let the cake cool in the pan for a full ten minutes. This gives the cake a few extra minutes to finish cooking, but it also firms up the batter. If you take it out too early or too late, the texture of the cake will be off.
Then, gently run a butter knife around the edges of the pan to be sure it wont stick. The cake should come out clean if you followed the steps above, but its always better to be safe than sorry.
Place a wire cooling rack on top of the bundt pan and invert the pan so its upside down. Carefully pull the pan up, leaving the cake to cool uncovered on the rack. It should take anywhere from one to two hours to cool. If you dont have time to wait, place the cake in the refrigerator after 30 minutes and let it cool there.
