Nothing Bundt Cake’s menu consists of handcrafted Bundt cakes in a variety of sizes, ranging from 10 inch cakes, to 8 inch to bite-sized “Bundtinis,” and flavors, such as chocolate chip, red velvet, white chocolate raspberry, lemon and confetti.
Last month, the chain celebrated National Bundt Day on Nov. 15 by giving away free celebratory Bundtlets at all of its locations. The first 22 people in line received free Bundtlets for a year in honor of Nothing Bundt Cake’s 22ndbirthday.

Foods like her sweet and sour ham, Penna-Dutch potato salad, pickled onions, and a recipe for what she always called Shaker Chicken. Some of the signature flavors include classic vanilla, chocolate chocolate chip, red velvet, pecan praline, and confetti. The bakery will also have a monthly feature flavor that correlates to the season. This October, the featured flavor will be Pumpkin Spice.

Cakes range in size from small to large, starting with the Bundtinis, bite-sized cakes sold by the dozen. Next are the Bundtlets which serve one to two people, and * inch and 10-inch cakes to feed a crowd of up to 18 people.
All of the cakes are baked on-site and can be decorated for any occasion. The West Caldwell location will also have a Bundtique inside the bakery. This is a retail space for customers to purchase accessories or other items to further customize their cake orders.

WAYNE, NJ A Bundt cake bakery is coming to Wayne.
Nothing Bundt Cakes, a national chain, plans to open its first Passaic County location at 1809 Route 23 South in Wayne. An official grand opening date has not yet been announced.
Nothing Bundt Cakes was founded 22 years ago in Las Vegas, Nevada and now has over 300 locations across the country. In New Jersey, there are bakeries in Morristown, Brunswick and Shrewsbury. A location is also planned in Princeton, according to the chain’s website.

Fluffy Fresh Blueberry Buttercream Frosting Recipe
I decided to give it a little more blueberry kick because I am on a serious blueberry kick, remember? I piped on some fresh blueberry buttercream, doing my best to mimic Nothing Bundt Cakes.
Lets just say that my decorating skills arent going to put them out of business anytime soon, but the frosting tasted fantastic!
I found the recipe online and decided to go for it. Its made with a blueberry puree made from fresh blueberries. Look at the color! Its whipped with butter and powdered sugar until its super fluffy.
If you have a cake decorator, you can pipe it on with that, or just put the frosting in a gallon sized ziplock bag, cut one of the corners off, and pipe it that way. That is what I did.
Then I topped it with more fresh blueberries.
Note: if fresh blueberries arent available, you can use frozen ones for the frosting and the cake, please see notes in the printable recipe card for more instruction.
The result is a moist cake, a little more dense in texture, like banana bread, full of blueberries.

Blueberry Banana Bundt Cake
I am not sure why I havent put these two flavors together before? Blueberry banana recipes just work so well.
It seems that I have gotten myself in a bit of a rut, thinking that bananas are always in need of a spice like cinnamon or nutmeg, or used as an addition to chocolate recipes. Or that blueberries are only used in recipes with other berries or citrus flavors like orange or lemon.
But today, my friends, I am digging myself out that baking rut, and telling you that my mind is changed forever because recipes with bananas and blueberries are a match made in culinary heaven.
But I have to admit, I cant take all of the credit for my newly discovered love of banana blueberry desserts.

This cute and unique franchise just recently opened a new location in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. They have over 400 bakeries across the U.S., and the crowds dont lie! Best known for their moist, flavorful, and charming bundt cakes and atmosphere, Nothing Bundt Cakes is taking the communitys hearts and stomachs by storm.
When I walked into Nothing Bundt cakes, I was immediately greeted by the smell of baked goods, and their cheery yellow walls. The decorations inside perfectly matched the aesthetic of their bundt cakes. Nothing Bundt Cakes started 25 years ago by two women that lived in Las Vegas. One had a cake recipe, one had a frosting recipe and now they have over 400 stores, one of the Cherry Hill locations managers, Jessica Boese said.Because Nothing Bundt Cakes is a chain, the yellow painted walls are required in each store, but owners let their creativity shine throughout the rest of the store since they can decorate however they want. One of my favorite things about owning Nothing Bundt Cakes is finding cute decor that just ties the whole space together, said Boese.

A bakery specializing in bundt cakes called Nothing Bundt Cakes has opened a spot in Wayne and soon has a location coming to Princeton, as well.
The Wayne location opened in late January, according to Patch. Its located at 1809 Route 23 South.
Nothing Bundt Cakes website says the Princeton bakery will be at 3495 Route 1 South. It will open in the spring.
The franchises other three shops in New Jersey are in Morristown, North Brunswick and Shrewsbury.
