Nothing Bundt Cake: Tips And Tricks
To frost your Bundt cakes just like Nothing Bundt Cakes does, fill a piping bag with the frosting and a round piping tip. Take the piping bag and start at the outside edge of the cake. Squeeze the piping bag while moving upward in a straight line to the center of the Bundt cake. This creates a simple and elegant design.
This frosting comes out off-white, so you may add food coloring to reach your desired shade. Gel-based food colorings work best with the texture of cream cheese frosting.
Cream cheese frosting can safely be stored at room temperature for up to two hours. When not being served, cream cheese frosting should be stored in the fridge to keep it fresh and avoid any foodborne illnesses. Cream cheese frosting can stay in the fridge for up to three days and in the freezer for up to one month.
Storing cream cheese frosting in the fridge can also help thicken it. You may also add up to half a cup ofcornstarch to thicken your frosting. If you dont want your cream cheese frosting cold, you can let it sit out until it reaches room temperature before serving it.

The Best Food Coloring To Use In Red Velvet Cake
To get that signature red velvet color, 2 tablespoons of red food dye are added to the batter. For red velvet cakes, I choose to use a liquid red food dye that you can find in just about any grocery store. It easily blends into the batter without creating an overly vibrant red color.
I would stay away from using gel food coloring as it has a much stronger opacity than liquid food color. Its very easy to go overboard with the red color when using gel. Although in any other case, I choose to use gel when I only need a few drops to color things such as cookies or frosting.

Summer is here! Well, not the season but the kids are out from school. Yay for them! Im so happy they can relax and take some time off. I remember being SO excited for Summer when I was a child. Its so exciting. But now Im a parent and its a bit different. I love my kids so much and truly enjoy spending time with them, but Summer is HARD for blogging mommies. What You Will Need For This Nothing Bundt Cake Frosting
For thisrecipe that is just like the famous Nothing Bundt Cake cream cheese frosting, you will need:
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
To prepare this frosting, you will need a large bowl and an electric mixer. Using the whisk attachment will allow the frosting to achieve the best texture.
Make sure that the butter andcream cheese are softened before making this recipe. You do not want them to be melted, otherwise, the frosting will not achieve a creamy, fluffy texture. If the cream cheese and butter are too cold it may cause the frosting to curdle.

Happy almost Halloween!! Its definitely a different feel this year, stuck inside and terrified of something we cant see or touch but that is all-too-real. Not quite the Halloween scare we were all hoping for though I heard that some car washes have transformed themselves into drive-through haunted houses if youre craving even more scariness this weekend! In all seriousness, though, there are tons of people who wake up every day afraid for their life, whether that be because of COVID , or because of the color of their skin. STILL. In 2020. In the wealthiest nation in the world and also the most hell-bent on maintaining corrupt law enforcement agencies who protect and serve their own and brush murder under the rug, and justice systems that were originally built to keep people of color in chains. We must change this. We must vote at every level of government to defund and move on from these hateful, racist groups.
So, if youre looking for scary movies to watch, watch the 13th on Netflix or YouTube that details how the 13th amendment created loop holes for the continued subjugation of black and brown people, or watch I am Not Your Negro about the abhorrent ways black and brown bodies were and are treated in this country. And so many others. Or, in true horror movie form, watch Get Out. Every day we have a chance to educate ourselves on things that are important and Halloween is no different.
