Today was our first visit to the NBC in Mt. Pleasant. Ellen helped us out and was so friendly and patient. They had gluten free options available and ready to go. The owner was in and asked us if we needed anything while deciding as well. We will be back! ?
Great service and excellent cakes. We were on vacay and celebrated our daughters graduation with their tiered cake. They got us balloons , candles and was delivered to Isle of Palms.

I was very undecided on what flavor I wanted to try. And she educated me on all the flavors to the extent that I purchased 5 of the individual cakes. Kudos to Mrs. Elizabeth for her professionalism. I recommend to anyone if you have never been to the Mount Pleasant store, please take a trip there to feel what I felt.

My two managers were also the married owners of the store, and the wife was highly organized. She expected you to behave and work in manners that would exemplify the values of the company, and had very high standards. That said, she and her husband were both exceedingly kind individuals who both reached out to their community and cared about their employees. I would always recommend this position, as it was the best part-time job I have had in my life.
