Betsy Lamb is the owner of the Nothing Bundt Cakes at 9704 Rea Road, Suite A, in Waxhaw. After witnessing first-hand the love and care that goes into creating these fresh-baked, customizable bundt cakes at the grand opening of her brother’s franchise in Wilmington, NC, Betsy began investigating the possibility of opening a location near south Charlotte.
Each Bundt cake is made fresh daily in the bakery on-site, with up to ten delicious bundt flavors, including chocolate chocolate chip, classic vanilla, red velvet, white chocolate raspberry, confetti, carrot, lemon, marble and a gluten-free chocolate chip cookie flavor. The bundt cakes are made with real, fresh eggs and butter and then topped with a signature cream cheese frosting in a petal or drizzle frosting. To celebrate this Valentine’s Day, order your Love You to Pieces Bundt cake complete with heart and red bow decoration .
