Lady Boss Labs is the company behind the Lean All in 1 nutritional shake. At first glance, it appears the company has everything together, but we soon learned thats not the case. Lady Boss Labs is located at 10010 Indian School Rd NE Albuquerque, NM 87112 and their phone number is 246-0781.
According to the Better Business Bureau page on LBL, they are not accredited, they have an A+ rating with 4.82 out of 5 stars with an average of 1,800 customer reviews. There have been 141 complaints closed in the last 3 years, 34 complaints closed in the last 12 months. Reading through one complaint after another, it appears an auto-ship membership and lax customer support are the two most significant issues.
Lady Boss Labs terms and conditions state that the buyer can buy one product or enroll in an auto-ship program. Based on the long list of complaints about billing and charges, it appears the auto-ship option may be more prominently shown, or the buy one option is not very clear otherwise, there wouldnt be as many similar complaints.
As for lax customer service and support, it surprised us to read that a user who purchased a one-year membership for $4,997 and tried to talk with her coach or have questions answered got the runaround. Many of the billing complaints also speak of poor customer service.

I joined LadyBoss after a Meredith infomercial type post on FB. I was excited to get the samples and even bought a package deal shortly after. I bought what was suggested, and was very pleased when she said, I dont think you need all of our products, lets start you with the Lean and Glow. I appreciated that! And will consider maybe trying different products in the future just because I wasnt pushed into more. I found out being in the club is more beneficial and will look into joining once I start to run low on my supply. All the benefits are great! My first 28 day challenge was excellent! I am hoping to get into another 28 day challenge to challenge myself to do better, now that I know what it is all about. And yes there are some infomercial like content, but lets face itit is a business and thats how you promote the business. I ordered product 6 weeks ago and still have not received it. I emailed multiple times and tried to contact the company via phone and was told the number no longer works. Interesting that I get an email response today when I filed a dispute with my bank saying were working so hard to get your order out and its marked as shipped. They refused to give me a tracking number. When I called them out that clearly they took my money with no intent of sending out product someone then told me to check social media to see pictures of the displays at the warehouse. Guess what? Their Facebook and Instagram pages no longer exist. When I said that clearly theyre lying since there is zero about this on social media I got a response that Im not a lier and Will no longer respond to your emails. Ridiculous!
