The worst sams club ever starting off with the bakery department. I placed an order for a cake to be done Saturday. Saturday comes and I called to see if it was ready for pick up. They took forever to transfer me to bakery until the team lead finally took my call and said that their printer had malfunction and they couldnt do the design I asked for on the cake. It was literally time for me to pick it up so he shouldve called me to let me know as soon as he realized they messed the machine. Then he proceeded to tell me he could do another design so I agreed and once I got there the cake decorator didnt want to do anything along with another worker the team lead obviously was nowhere in sight.
